The Alpiniste :

This is an updated take on the classic Karrimor Alpiniste series, from the Whillans to the Haston packs of the 60's & 70's. They ran 55-65 liters in volume. Features include a closed-cell foam padded back(removable for use as a bivy pad), double layer crampon patch, and a zip pocket in the lid. Fabric will be the original  11 oz Cordura nylon in classic Purple or the pre-Haston model in red.  Tall packs are custom fitted.

How to order:

1. place the item you want in the cart
2. schedule phone, zoom or in person design meeting
3. pay the $100 design/consult fee. this is applied to final cost of the pack.
4. watch the snow fall
5. open email that your order is up and visit/call/zoom to finalize pack/bike bags/etc.
6. pay final invoice
7. wait 4-6 weeks to get your gear!

The current base price will be kept up on the website, but the $100 doesn't lock in the final price. It may change between when you get on the list and I get to it. I have no idea what Tariffs will do to material costs.

Costs: cost for the finished pack will vary, with $750 being the base price with all the custom fitting and standard options. Once we have a phone/zoom call or shop visit sorting out the details and any extra options or fabrics that add to the base price. the pack deposits are non refundable.
