Avy Gear pocket daypack

I had been offering webbing shoulder straps on this pack for about a year and a half, and it quickly became a more custom item with requests for dividers, inside pockets, padded back panels and padded shoulder straps. 

So, I decided to offer it as a stand alone product, separate from the original Avy gear pocket. options are below and most, I think are pictured. they have become much more work than a standard pocket, they are full technical daypacks!

Fabric options:

 Xpac X51 Cordura fabric, black only.

Xpac D40 , the laminated Dyneema/polyester fabric. silver only.

water-resistant #10 YKK zippers are standard for this bag, so when your stuffing it with wet gear or your down jacket after a break, water can't get in or out.

 size:

normal thickness is about 3". can be made bigger or smaller, please order custom and put depth in the notes, or email me, jc@alpineluddites.com and let me know what you want. typical length is 19-20", so i sew in the shoulder straps into the top seam. if you need a shorter back length, i can accommodate that. just tell how long.

 shoulder straps are 2" wide padded with 1/4" closed cell foam, same as the big packs. sternum strap included.

waist belts are removable . 1" web seems to be all that's probably needed.

padded backs are typically a single layer of 1/4'' closed cell foam, sewn in with a liner on the inside. they could be spacer mesh too, on the outside. I charge $20 for either of the padded backs.

zippered internal pockets are as shown in the photos. color suggestions are nice.

vertical velcro dividers are nice for water bottles/bladders, but have open space at the top and bottom, so don't work for wet/dry sides.
